Peace be upon him as the guidance to the straight path, the end of the prophets and the messengers, the graciousness for the mankind.
After 35 years founding Centre of Global Traditional Industries Development, which is announced at the Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Historical City of Kyoto on the same day like 3 November 1984 which commemorates the Japanese Culture Day Festival and within the activities of the exhibition of the Japanese Traditional Industries on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the issuance of a special law to organize and develop traditional and art crafts in Japan, in which Japan participated it in the globalization of a group of traditional industries and art crafts representing several world cultures, which attracted visitors, who were about 2.65 millions in a 20 thousand square feet meter area in 65 days, where I had a great and precious opportunity preceded in 1983 which was the first exhibition organized by City of Kobe, my residence for a group of handicrafts and crafts from 50 countries.
And through several stages and development obstacles to this sector across the world and individual efforts, including but not limited to the most important of our participation in the Silk Road Fair in the Historical City of Nara in Japan in 1988, the exhibition of the Global Traditional Handicrafts in Casablanca, Capital of Morocco in 1988, and our active participation in the Moroccan Garden in the World Exhibition of Gardens and Flowers in Osaka, Japan in 1990, plus the 1992 Expo in Seville with Global and Traditional Arab Crafts Industries. In the of end of year 1994, we organized exhibition with the cooperation of Japanese Radio and Television (NHK) and with the supervision of foundations and companies which displayed 249 pieces of glass art extracted from the bottom of the Sea of ​​Syria as old as 2500 years before Jesus Christ peace be upon him, our participation in the city of Fez, Morocco, by hosting the Center for the Development of Global Handicrafts in a cooperation agreement between the Kingdom of Morocco and UNESCO, which Morocco was elected to be the president for the International Council for Handicrafts in four years, and the city of Kyoto, Japan, took over the headquarters of its General Secretariat.
Four years later, I received an official invitation from the General Secretariat in Kyoto, Japan, to attend the General Assembly of the International Council for Traditional Industries, as well as on the occasion of the announcement of the results of the ten-year study of this sector globally. It was funded by the UNESCO which is delivered at the headquarters of UNESCO and briefing to representatives of traditional industries from different countries of the world. The thing which is the interest in preserving these traditional industries and artistic crafts culturally, heritage and humanely and concerning on these unknown artists and they are many in each country to open markets across the world to sell their cultural and artistic products which might help to preserve this humanitarian heritage and create more room for creativity to develop commercially across the world within the framework of cultural exchange between nations, and all applauded this gesture, which came from the inspiration of serious work and passion towards the future of this great human heritage, as well after deep thinking for two decades to solve the problem and promote this global traditional handicrafts and artistic products.
From that historic day, I started thinking about studying the effective ways of developing this sector and the cultural and civilizational heritage of the world and the human being, which represents the culture, traditions and civilization of all the peoples of the world. The thing which I regard a cultural treasure plays an important role living and prominent symbol in strengthening and developing the exchange, acquaintance and communications among the nations in various field and as a live symbol of cultural diversity as a human heritage which serves peace, love and tolerance among people.
After two years of this comprehensive and last word God willed me to stay in Paris for two years until the announcement of the idea of the World Trade Center for this vital sector, which lives many simple artists in all countries over world, it was on 19th of December 2002 under the supervision and cooperation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris as a special recommendation from the General Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises in the neighboring suburb of Saint Sandoni, whose population represents the global cultural diversity of more than 100 different cultures.
The announcement ceremony was attended by nearly 30 ambassadors and several business, cultural and art figures from the city of Bantan, which borders Paris.
I have always maintained and celebrated the Japanese Culture Day, in close association with Japan, which is looking for part of its culture. The anniversary of the announcement 35 years ago was centered in Japan, especially after the catastrophic earthquake that struck our city of Kobe on January 17, 1995, which caused many and material losses as our planning on November 3 on that year, the inauguration of the Handicrafts and International Crafts Distribution Center from 84 countries was launched in Osaka, the second commercial city. Around the world, estimated at 620 million dollars a year and commented by the Japanese newspapers and after the announcement on November 3 1994 and after deep scrutiny of the newspaper experts in cooperation with the Japanese organization: JETRO convinced Japanese economic daily newspaper (Nippon Keizai Shimbum) the authenticity of the study and spoke to me in the morning to inform about the success in publishing the article, which was actually the biggest article published after the announcement, at that time I was rushing to Osaka International Airport and confused of an urgent travel with a group of friends from our Japanese accountant Mr. Nishiyama who fell ill bedridden for liver surgery, and I was very impressed that the main pillar to visit my hometown and Since he was 10 years ago asking me to travel with him to Morocco, but his holiday program was not his luck during the year that he entered the hospital just two days before we travel and because of it I traveled with his friends after great hesitation and whom I met at the airport after he agreed to them and where the ticket was reserved six months where I could not return to Japan only after four months because of the disaster that I did not attend, which became my age after the gift and talent of God pushed me to work and struggling more to develop the idea of ​​two large global projects, one project for the development of traditional industries and international art crafts and the other about the development of exports world 57 countries as an organizational and good market, which we have extensive experience and expertise.
Whereas my lecture in the end was concluded in 12 pages in both Arabic and English on: The role of traditional industries and crafts in the 57 countries of Islamic world and activate it to play its primary role in the exchange and communication, convergence and acquaintance between them and other peoples of the world.
And then I had a great divine role. With His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, Governor General of SCTA in effective organizing, attending and participating in the First International Conference on Tourism and Handicrafts, under supervision of King Abdullah may ALLAH have mercy on him, and it is through a detailed article published in the newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat after the celebration of the Japanese Culture on November 3rd at the office in Jeddah, KSA. The conference and exhibition lasted for 7 days, during which presentations and lectures were presented to representatives from 63 countries, which gave the opportunity to know the interest of each country in this sector and the problems faced from the disappearance of some trades because of the lack of workers and the lack of comprehensive development to preserve some of the arts which almost disappeared.
Local and international newspapers commented on this event, which was global, unique and successful in the country of the Two Holy Mosques and its coverage of the subject of handicrafts in tourism because of the interest from the tourists and the acquisition as gifts during the trips and the secrets and drawings that carry the importance of the development of exchange and high lighting the cultural diversity that varies between regions and multiple cultures according to tradition and customs.
Today, since his speech and message to UNESCO and the announcement of the International Trade Center for Traditional Industries and Crafts, which immediately afterwards was thinking and striving to create a global institution dealing with this sector culturally and economically and highlight the cultural diversity, which is the symbol of inclusive human memory.
Finally, he says that he feels his presence in Malaysia as if he is in the middle of the world and in a geographical location representing more than half of the world population because of the enormous cultural diversity and multi nationality residing here in safety and security.
After crossing about 20 countries, discussing deep thinking research and exploration on a suitable global platform to suit all the specifications and requirements needed in this sector, was chosen to establish the rules of these foundations in Putrajaya, Malaysia, for several reasons and factors which encouraged him to this choice, including the invitation reached to visit Putrajaya which the tourists landed and discovered the secrets and found a city representing the administrative capital of gardens with joy and arts and represent the new and enlightening face of Malaysia and a distinct city in the Islamic world in particular and the world in general its strong and solid infrastructure to be tourist, cultural and trade exclusive and fit with the thought, vision and mission of "the World of Fuji Atlas 2057" for the exchange, development and investment, for exhibitions, conferences and international festivals and its proximity to the international airport, leading the global nature and its bridges bright and lake attractive all this ensures that they are to be a leading and a distinct global city.
It is thanks to Allah Almighty and for blessing the Father of Industries, Tun Dr Mahathir Muhamad as an insightful thinker of making it one of the developed countries in the Islamic world. It deserves to be a global platform today for all its vital economic, industrial, tourism, cultural and educational sectors and fits with the seven rules of the World of Fuji Atlas 2057 for exchange, development and investment.
Finally, a welcoming greeting to all attendees, participants and supporters and to everyone in the heart of a good pillar to contribute and work for everything that would develop this country Malaysia and the rest of the World 57 to contribute to its economic, industrial, tourism and cultural enlightenment to be present in all international forums for the development of its many different exports, thus contributing to the audience strongly in building human civilization and spreading the tolerance, love and peace among nations.
