In conjunction with the first ever beautiful Saudi Conference on Tourism and Crafts in Saudi Arabia, I am grateful to thank the service provided by the Saudi Government under the auspices of His Highness the Guardian of Al-Haramain King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Ali Sa'ud may Allah protect him, in his quest to lift the name of Islam and Muslims from the economic, cultural and social spheres, as well as I wish to record the highest congratulations to the Blessed Prince Sultan Bin Salman, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for tourism in Saudi Arabia for his efforts in organizing this conference which is the best choice since the title of tourism and the development of the handicraft arts is a good choice, and it is very appropriate, this will help the development of the sector in all aspects, and this is an initiative good to appreciate and encourage individuals who are involved in both sectors to move forward.

As one of the pioneers of the world and of immigrants, of Arab and Islamic personality and culture, as one of the most sought after and globally tracking the developmental stage of this sector in economic, cultural and artistic terms, and as one who cares for recovery and development in introducing this 32-year-old Japanese-based sector and beyond, I would like to say these words with a humble response to the historic celebration that truly reflects the happy response of traditional industries and Islamic crafts, so to showcasing the development of artists and craftsmen in the Islamic world, allowing me to say that the traditional and handicraft industries in the Islamic world today are considered to be the oldest, most important and most vibrant traditional industries in the world, as well as the fruits of their culture. the Islamic civilization of the world, which clearly exerts its influence on old and new history in Islamic architecture that is clearly on display in mosques, museums, and palaces, as well as on home furnishings and other objects owned by the Islamic world from its historical origins, civilization, and indigenous Islamic culture are different from any other.

In this ceremony, I want to emphasize the importance of serious thinking in finding special solutions that are relevant to the work of managing this sector, as well as ways to propose and build to identify it, as well as enabling it to penetrate the world's leading markets, and conclude here is how an effective solution to protect the authenticity and cultural identity and development of it as a world heritage, to play its true role in contributing to the introduction of Islamic culture and civilization, as a powerful message and an effective vessel for inter-cultural exchange, an effort to promote promotion in the world market based on new techniques, which will help artists and craftsmen find solutions to society's problems, be proactive in pursuing their efforts, creativity and innovation, and who are committed to protecting this heritage that embodies the identity of the nations.

I would like to highlight that the dependence towards the new approach of trading globally and the focal point about the quality and presenting it with its special and unique identity as well as protecting its pure genuinity, and highlighting the cultural diversity of each identity is the most convenient style today so the traditional art and product play their humanity role in order to develop the exchange, connect and to converge among the nations as well as the different fields.

I do not hide such that phenomenon which is held for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a leader of Islamic and Arab Economics in many benefits, and the most important thing is connecting between working parties who are involved in art crafts in Islamic world countries, in order to study the prospects of cooperation and exchange between them as well as to acquaint with updated technology development, the unique art models which are discovered by the traditional industries, especially in different Islamic world countries, what an opportunity to enable businessmen, exporters and investors to connect between them to seek for the optimal and effective means to develop this sector as well to activate its movement in a global market, so it plays its roles comprehensively in the aspect of exchange progress between nations.

Finally, I hope from ALLAH, sincerely praying with all my heart to grant from this work success and great glory, as well as to commemorate this international conference in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the sake of the Islamic nation as a whole, and to fruit a paradigm shift from this unique incentive, by achieving a strong improvement in the traditional industries and handicrafts for the Islamic world countries in economic, cultural, tourism, social, and art fields, hoping that this event will play a more vital role in strengthening  the exchange, cooperation and development, among those Islamic countries for the good and comprehensive benefits under the wise kingdom to the Guardian of Haramain King Abdallah ibn Abdel Aziz Ali Sa’ud, may ALLAH protect him.
